Small kemono dog base hinged w/ elastic

This listing is for an unfinished DIY plastic resin mask that can be used to create your own kemono puppy mask or costume head. This mask is very lightweight for its size (around 14 oz) and is 3D printed of strong PLA+.  For reference a hinged resin base without any ears is typically 1 lb 6 oz! The edge of the lower jaw and between the ears is lined with a strip of black felt for comfort.

Moving Jaw:
To make sure the moving jaw works while wearing the base add a chin rest, head padding, and straps. When holding the base up to your face the chin rest and head padding should create a snug fit so your head doesn't slide. You can use elastic or velcro straps in a T shape to hold the base securely on your head.

I use elastic cording for moving jaws. This is intentionally tied loosely so you can remove it or tighten it if needed. I recommend adding another knot or gluing the knot once you have it adjusted to the tightness you need. 
 
Ears:
The base of the ear is 3D printed and the front is EVA foam attached with elastic. You can either fur over the foam or cut it off and use it as a template for an all fur pattern. Keep in mind until furring EVA foam can flex and bend. This means the ears may be slightly warped from shipping but you can easily twist or bend them back into shape. 
 
Options:
Lower tongue and teeth are designed to fit inside the base and are an optional add on. I do not plan to offer upper teeth. The mold is not made for the teeth yet so this will take up to four weeks to make.
 
Matching kemono style eyes are available. I have not made the official file yet, but they'll have a very cute anime look to them with big pupils. Vision will be through the pupil via window tint. Edges are sealed with silicone to reduce fogging but I still highly recommend installing a fan.
